Over & over again, witnesses and victims to mass shootings believe they were being shot at by 3 or 4 people. It's because it's so easy for one person to buy outrageous guns & unlimited ammo that it gives people the impression they are being shot at a by a small group.

We are taught in that situation to not pull our gun, but wait until a situation presents itself; if one doesn't stay in a safe place.

Well if someone starts shooting and there is clear line of sites with No one around them we are told take the shot; if we want.

I found it haunting that a kid said that when they heard the shots , they assumed they were blanks and weren't scared or felt the need to run. Why? Because they did a mass shooter drill with blanks.
