I don’t understand. She agreed to settle out of court. Why does it come up 2 years later after he wins the gold? Why do people care about this lawsuit now that he won gold? Nobody cared when he was named to the Olympic team or anything else.

Seems like beating a dead horse here. Yea he did some sketchy stuff. But he apologized for it, admitted it was wrong, said he changed and was punished lawfully for it. I’m not defending his actions but what else do you want from him exactly?
