Neoconservatives first & foremost believe in American exceptionalism, US global hegemony & that the US has the authority to wage war anywhere & everywhere: Iraq, Libya, Ukraine, Venezuela, the South China Sea. They support Reaganomics & tend to be moderate-ish on social issues.
