Co-signed. Talked with him the other day, hung up the phone and wept. His vision for a just world is that compelling.

We read Just Mercy as part of one-book-one-school. It was incredibly powerful. If his solutions to healthcare and other basic necessities match his other social justice views (i.e.
#MedicareForAll,#ExpandSocialSecurity,#CollegeForAll,#HousingForAll), he would have my support. -
That book is life-changing.

I knew our criminal justice system was bad. I didn't fathom just how unjust it was. I listened to the audiobook and hearing Bryan tell the stories himself added so much to the experience. I can't imagine someone like him not being for universal policies like
#MedicareForAll.

Have thought of this often since I was in his Death Penalty Litigation class in law school 15 years ago. Probably the most equally inspiring and intelligent, yet humble, person I have ever met.
