this is pretty typical for all nba teams. They dont tell the players in case the deal falls through before its approved and the current reporting culture around sports these days makes it impossible to talk with players before it's reported in the media.

Usually behind you 100% but this is how players get traded in every sport on every team. It's how the business works.

They need to start realizing that these are real people living real lives and that they need to include them in these decisions because it will affect them the most.

It's a business man. Emotions don't pay bills or win championships. And he's still a millionaire so don't feel bad for him.

All the playoff wins? Championships? What is he given? Injuries? Punches landed on trainers? Commercials? What has he given that makes this sooo wrong for him to be traded?

I mean this is normal for most teams. Players falling off because of injuries and having a max multiple season contract makes them a prime candidate for a trade.
