Guys...I hate Trump but this isn't how unemployment works... there are plenty of things Trump can be attacked on that are more logical. This is blatant disregard for how fractions should be interpreted.

It’s also twice unemployment. Little to celebrate until there is parity. When overall unemployment is 6.8% it’s a crisis. When it’s black unemployment at 6.8 trump wants a gold star.
