12. In California alone, the weed economy is worth about $7 billion, and it’s going to grow exponentially. White people are literally establishing generational wealth off of the industry while millions of Black are still going through the criminal justice system for it.
California should release every single person incarcerated for Marijuana related offenses(non violent and non large trafficking of course) right now. Restore voting status and give reparations from the billions they are about to generate from the sale of Marijuana.

I would agree with the latter because institutional racism affects all systems. So, as you stated above, inherited wealth is always going to allow (white) people in power to maintain the status quo.
