He is also using stats from States@like Virginia where 80% of our prisons are filled with white, black and Latino non-violent drug offenders. Those are the states that make the majority of these arrests.

Drug war was created in part to target minorities. Things have been going great for about 50 years. Population control!
Why did all those millionaires bankroll legalization initiatives? Duh. Commercialization for them to get rich. Racism permeates society, not just mj arrest. 66 million speeding arrests no doubt target minorities more, is solution to get rid of speed limits?
You choose to try and make everything about being the victim or their is some conspiracy to derail African-Americans. Successfull people don't worry about what other people have in life. It is legal for everyone so any African-American could open up a business if they wanted.
