When asked if Manziel, Kaepernick, and Tebow would be welcomed into the XFL, Vince McMahon said nobody with a criminal record would be allowed, then concluded by saying that meant Tebow would be allowed. His inference was clear. He suggested Kaepernick was an unwelcome criminal.

Sarcasm might work better if you read what I’d written. His rules specifically include making all players stand for the national anthem. That’s as much a political statement as kneeling, given the reason for kneeling and the bullshit reason it was instituted in the first place.

I never had a strong stance for or against kneeling. I could personally care less. But if a job requires me to do something I don't want to do, then I find a new job. U ever see a player kneel in the NBA? No, because you're not allowed...
