What the actual fuck?! "United" States my ass. She should also sue the individual (and the company he works for) for loss of wages and infringing on her constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness.

Companies get away with things like this all the time Ty because regular people don't have the resources to fight a long battle in court against a corporation. Our sold out politicians passed laws to allow companies to drag out litigation or make employees bound by arbitration.

That happened to me at work back in the 90's the company I worked for backed me up. I called the police, they showed up at her house, & she was given a citation for Racial Intimidation & had to pay a fine. She was also banned from the company. Disturbing how things have changed!
-
Note: these events occurred in the mid '90s super early in my career. Although racism was NORMAL in daily business to practice it OPENLY was frowned upon by the MAJORITY & dealt with SWIFTLY. Today I observe the majority is more accepting of it due to competition for resources.
-
Agree. I’ve personally stood up for people who worked for me. Told them NO ONE has the right to verbally assault you. And NO customer is worth sacrificing one’s dignity to keep.
