I disagree, there are no units on either axis.

I feel that referring to healthcare “costs” is a misnomer. It’s that healthcare “prices” are too high here. Costs infers that there nothing you can do, it’s X or Y cost. Price, well, prices are always negotiable. And they’re mostly outrageous Bc the avg consumer can’t price shop.

Agree with what you are saying but we also work too hard and are stressed.

This actually makes sense in a oligarchs, free capitalist society. Businesses love making millions off of sick people.
