Only 15 Democrats held out today. Blumenthal, Booker, Cortez-Masto, Feinstein, Gillibrand, Harris, Hirono, Leahy, Menendez, Merkley, Murphy, Sanders, Tester, Warren, Wyden Even 2 Republicans voted no. This isn't just about "who's running in 2020." It's about moral courage.
