The prosecutor on his case is ADA David Slott -- the same guy facing an internal probe regarding witness intimidation in the Pedro Hernandez case. (Slott is familiar to @ShaunKing.)
It's the only case Slott is still on. He was transferred to Bronx DA's Appeals Bureau, but is still handling this one. Bx DA says that's because Ferguson's case is so complex.
That's shocking to me. Listen man - Slott is deeply unethical. He should be fired.
