It's always politically correct to support the abused and forgotten. Israel has committed the error of forgetting the past and becoming the oppressor themselves. The job remains for all social justice warriors to continue to beat the drums of freedom and respect for all. BDS.

Why do Palestinians make it hard on themselves by using terrorism & violence as a tool for trying to "advance" their interests?!? The day Palestinians embrace path of MLK & Gandhi & renounce terrorism is day they can start gaining real support for their cause!

Palestinians have made plenty of peaceful overtures to Israel, but Israel has refused to negotiate seriously. At the end of the day Israel holds all the power. It is the colonizer, and colonization leads to violence.

It’s ridiculous that Palestinians only have human rights you care about in response to measured Israeli responses but not when 1000’s of them are massacred by Jordan Lebanon and Syria or when they’re being denied refuge and rights by every Arab country in the world.

Indeed, and the fact that I even hesitated to re-tweet this for 1 second because of that -- despite my open advocacy for Palestinian rights and liberation for nearly 30 years -- shows how entrenched the bullshit is.

Wore a beanie with Palestine on it today. Someone commented it was offensive. No, to oppress innocent people and then slam speaking out against injustice as offensive is offensive.
