If the only qualifications one needs to become president is sitting on their ass until after 2.30pm, eating junk food and tweeting nonsense, I'd like to put myself forward for 2020.
It was just reported that on the first day of the government shutdown, Donald Trump didn't even leave the residence until after 2:30pm.
