I think they planned it. After McConnell's actions last night denying continuing funding the military by Senator McCaskill, I think I'm right. You can't assume authoritarian rule with a functioning check on your power.
Trump and his core staff are ANTI-GOVERNMENT. I sincerely don’t think they mind this shutdown even a little bit.
