Hope you found collection of Bernie Kleina, who marched in movement & took some of first color photographs. He’s been civil rights activist for over 50 years and has generously shared his photos.
There are awesome, thanks!
I love this Shaun, it makes it so real. With my heritage I have a hard time envisioning the challenges of my grandparents in color. It makes it seem much more recent in color. Good for you.
Wow, your kids made me realize I've mainly seen black and white footage of him. I never thought about it, but I do think of him and many of the martyrs of his generation in B&W.
BEAUTIFUL!!
He was 39 yea4s old when his earthly life ended. Dr. King left us with his mission. Today we must reflect and prepare.
Hey Shaun, most of these are probably public domain at this point but it would be great if you could credit the photographers!
Love it... Thank you... Beautiful...
We Bleed, We Cry. We Care, We Jump High. We Feel Sorrow, Yet Always Wait For Tomorrow. We Hurt And See The Bad, But It's Okay To Feel Sad. Just Try To Do Right, With All Of Your Fight. No Harm Can Come, From Loving EVERYONE!!
Never thought of that till you said it, nice photos
