My Latest. I actually believe Donald Trump will be a formidable opponent in 2020 for many very measurable reasons. He won 30 states in 2016. Here I break down 4 factors I think are necessary to ensure he is defeated. Bernie would’ve won if the DNC/media treated him fairly and he had a grassroots approach that started plenty early enough to beat Clinton. How can we be sure they won’t tilt the scales again?
-
I'm not sure Bernie could've won, despite whatever manipulation went down. He is too shrill and too frantic for me (a liberal). I agree with much of what he says but something *else* makes me hesitate on him -- not even sure what it is.

Whatever that something else is, we deserved to see it debated in a fair, open forum. Obama/Clinton dueled for two elections, 10+ debates. She didn’t give Bernie the three she signed up for. Bowed out of the West coast primary, 3rd and final debate b/c she has lost momentum.

Sanders won’t have a chance. Has a base but he destroyed his chance to expand. I might vote for him, but I won’t help. Harris, Oprah, Biden, Kennedy even Warren, yes. My parents (one Dem, one R) hate Sanders and Trump with equal intensity. And they didn’t like HRC much.
