Somewhat.When most communities named roads after
#MLK they werent the impoverished hoods we know today.Blk Americans left those neighborhoods in major cities like LA, DC,ATL etc in favor of suburbs. The hoods you see 2day are shells of what Black communities were in the 60s & 70s -
