I do not know if I want my son to start driving in a few short years. I just had a talk with him about how to behave when pulled over, but...I mean we KNOW that police are not above olanting evidence when it suits them....how should they have behaved?? Maybe stay in the car??
-
Just teach your son that he shouldn’t illegally carry a firearm past curfew and shoot a cop, he should be fine
-
No one asked you. Also that is not what the witnesses say. But thanks for nothing.
-
Well you posted on a public site therefore expect responses that you may not agree with. Just stating the facts, whether you choose to accept them or not is kinda on you.
-
True, but your response was combative and useless. So, you could have saved that for someone who actually believes that that boys was on the ground AND shot at a cop. I don’t. Also, I stood MP duty for a while in the Navy, so before you go and start pontificating, check yourself.
-
You standing as an MP in the military also has nothing to do with what i said either so I’m not sure what you were hoping to accomplish by that? Thank you for your service but that was irrelevant unless I’m missing your point...

People says “well the police said...” but given the track record of lying and planting evidence and faking scenes that they have ONLY NOW been called out for. I say if you must need proof wait for the body cam.

What good are videos. How many times have we watched an officer gun someone down and face no consequences. This is egregious.
-
Do you have any cases where it proved that an officer gunned down a person just for fun and found innocent?
-
Who said for fun... but explain someone shot in the back while running away , or shot while complying to a request to show I’d . The only thing more horrifying than this shit happening is having to convince people it does.

Kid was searched, officers found a gun, kid shot at officers, his death was completely his fault.
-
How did he get the gun they found on him during the search?
-
The article says a gun was found and a then a struggle ensued between the officers and the suspect. It does not say they found the gun and then confiscated it.
-
So you're telling me that they put him through the search protocol (hands and feet spread), found a gun, he panicked and fought 2+ grown men, overpowered them and retrieved the gun and shot at them? He also missed said shot in close quarters and they manage to hit him instead
-
It is not far fetched to say he could reach his hand into his pants and get a hand on the weapon. What’s your opinion? The officers just shot him dead for fun and planted a weapon on him? Ok
-
The: «The officers just shot him dead for fun and planted a weapon on him?» part of that is, sadly, not that far fetched either.

-
It absolutely is far fetched, that is not a common thing. You believe it’s common for police officers (normal men and woman) just kill people for fun? Everyone acts like cops are not human and they all have no morals and they make 0 mistakes. They’re normal people just like us
-
Have you ever heard of Walter Scott?? They shot him in the back, he was unarmed, they not only lied about it, but they planted evidence as well. If you’re going to argue this asinine point, please be abreast of current events.
