This should piss everyone off. It was always about the money. Generations have been lost and years of prosperity stolen from the ethnic class, now that the truth is out regarding the benefits of cannibus, and the well has run dry on incarceration it is now legalized. Think!

Shouldn’t all men and women incarcerated for marijuana related crimes in California now be released with their records expunged? How many non-violent “criminals” are currently in the system? Shouldn’t their repossessed money be repossessed by them as well?

Where do the proceeds of crimes go when it is no longer a crime? There should be retroactive compensation for wrongful incarceration so these people are released with an opportunity to live a full and successful life.

I get pissed every time I see a news segment of these people and their successful weed farms! The privilege is real

Biggest scandal & scheme next to Trumps campaign & election. We're not dumb. They're legalizing in a strategic manner so rich white men can get their business and resources in place so when laws are passed they monopolize the weed market. It's always a con & about the fkn money.

I've asked my state representatives to put forth legislation in the Michigan Legislature to have all sentences for marijuana possession or conviction overturned reduced or repealed.

I think California is working on this issue. Allowing folks to clear their records.

Anyone serving time in a cannibis-legal state for a marijuana infraction should be released, in myopinion. I know that doesn't help ANYONE (white, asian, latino, black) who served long sentences in the past but what can be done?
