Exactly! They claim that the federal government should be less involved n respect state laws...but you have to do something when less minorities are going to jail...private prisons need their quotas

This will allow selective enforcement to begin, in blue states. Guilt will not have to be proven for the feds to seize property and assets of any home grower registered as a Democrat. Corporate investors will not be targeted. POC will be the most prosecuted. Still.

He is challenging policy...POLICY is not LAW. For far too long Congress has taken the easy way out...If they want to legalize it then pass a friggin law

What I've learned more then anything over the past year plus is the current Republican party(leadership/majority) doesn't fight for anything other then their own survival
