The genie is out of the bottle on this stuff and I'm not sure how the Republicans make it right. They certainly seem to have no interest in making it right. They changed the rules. Now we're playing by them.

If our judiciary is so polarized that it is life or death for both sides if the other one gets a "win," then there is something wrong with our judicial system that should be addressed. I think it is a symptom of a sickness, perhaps in the selection process.
