Shaun, you know this— people can’t hire people who aren’t applying. Where are the stats on those who have applied versus those who’ve been hired? Different industries have vastly different applicants as it applies to both race & gender. That should be viewed.

Something wild like 98% black women 40+% white women with a child. And like 80+% black men that said I think forcing doug to hire 50% black just cause theyre black is a shitty way to Start him off. Let him hire who he feels we voted for him for his values not job ops.
