I agree with you completely. Dems taking a victory lap best settle down & work to EARN trust. Part of that is assembling a staff that looks like their constituents. One thing that may apply even more pressure is if you put out a call for applications. There are plenty of POC and women in AL who can serve on his staff. Can we make a good long list of them (with credentials)?

All of the States are watching... And are rooting for POC to be represented. You all earned it for sure. Here in CA, I a 50+ W woman am watching and will strongly suggest in tweet to him that he does. You did so much hard work and helped him win. He better reward you somehow.
