Congrats to Mayor-Elect Bottoms. I don't think Ms. Norwood was a bad choice too and if you lost two elections by very close margins you might be less than excited.

I did not see this tweet until what you just sent. I read an article in AJC about Mayor Reed calling attention to charges in 2009. Like I said to start this, congrats to Mayor-Elect Bottoms.
