There are tunnels that reach the plains, multitude that are not found yet. People living on the border sell the access to their land. Please, it's a waste of money and won't stop anything.

That is correct. Living in San Diego and Tijuana for 44 years I know this. Also, people cross the regular border on foot and cars with others people documents.
