I have to agree with those who think Trump is whipping up the base to deflect from some pending action by Robert Mueller. As depraved as the Donald clearly is, nothing is sacred. Not even tearing the country apart to save his hide.

Not just his country. A Britain First supporter assassinated a U.K. politician last year, and Farage & co have been stirring up bigotry. Trump's giving them more publicity than they've ever dreamed of and it's hurting the UK.

What no one is talking about is that what Trump did will actually INCREASE extremist terrorism in the name of Islam. ISIS uses islamaphobia to recruit more soldiers, which will have the opposite affect of the very thing Trump is claiming to protect the US from.
