The problem with this Malia Obama stuff is everyone who is saying she should be allowed to be a normal college student. She does but what she really needs is to surround herself with a circle of friends who won't allow anyone to record her being a normal college student.

Yeah, logistically, I know it's a tall order to ask that her friends protect her, but I also think that comes with the duty of being a good friend? I can't imagine navigating all of this on top of college life in general.
Me either man. The kissing video is one thing. She was in public. That's her business. But the smoking video. Whoever did that is an asshole. I think she literally may not care and has just chosen to live her life without walking on eggshells.

I record my friends smoking all the time. The fact that people care, for whatever reason, is not her friends' fault. They're all being normal college students. I don't understand the denigration her friends are receiving.
