What I am about to say is not a "I have daughters" comment. But having 2 teenage daughters and being married to wife that I speak with all day every day, prepped me for what we're seeing now with awful men being outed everywhere. I'm not sure I'd know otherwise. //Thread
I'm 38. I've with my wife for 22 years. For all 22 years since I've known her, she's had to deal with the ugly harassment of men in public. Catcalls, sexual harassment from strangers, creepy comments, etc. In New York it's fucking terrible. Every day all day....
My oldest 2 daughters (I have 4) are 15 & 18 years old. In New York, teenagers are out and about on their own daily. Damn near every day my girls deal with the nastiness of men. Never when I'm with them, of course, but ALL THE TIME when they are out on their own.
Over the past month or so, as I've seen so many brave people come forward to report sexual harassment and abuse, I thought of something my wife & teenage daughters experienced. Society conditions girls/women to encounter sexual harassment & just accept it as par for the course.
At 15 & 18, this nasty society has already conditioned my teenage daughters to endure the abuse of casual sexual harassment, and keep on moving - on the train, on the sidewalk, out and about. THEN - when they enter the workplace eventually, I can see how'd they'd stay silent.
Let me say a few things, then I'll keep listening to, believing, and amplifying women. 1. I have pledged to always call out any sexual harassment I see or even hear of. 2. Wife & I have pledged to not "love our son & raise our daughters." We're teaching him hard lessons.
Anyway, I have a huge heart for victims. At the age of 15 I was so severely beaten that I missed 2 years of high school recovering from the injuries and surgeries. Changed me. I will stand with each of you, through thick and thin, in whatever ways I can. Your friend, Shaun
I think we’ve all got to come to a realization that every one of our “bubbles” include sexual predators and rapist. They all have to be identified and dealt with appropriately. End of story.
I have neither daughters now sisters. I just have watched other men for the last 40 years of my life. I am not surprised at all at what is coming out (and yes I have spoken up to them).

Girl and women's who are under covering are less likely to experience this social abuse, there's a thing call appropriate dressing, parents allow their girls to go out alone with their dresses up their asses and men are supposed to pretend they don't see the thighs inches away
The panties but no one wants to talk about modesty to many of these girls are allowed to walk around the house in tops and panties .
