QUESTION: Does a universal 3rd party phone number or reporting system exist where people can safely report incidents of sexual harassment? It's needed. Over & over again we hear victims describe the feeling of not having anyone or any clear mechanism to report incidents to.

It's set up so you report to your immediate supervisor...who likely is the accused....or HR who likely attends meetings and depends on the accused everyday. Terrible system

Absolutely. Unfortunately the HR departments are working FOR the companies not for the employees. So to create a safe work place, there needs to be an outside party to report to.
