They're trying to show themselves in a different, better light & you complain? These ppl had legitimate reasons to be pulled over but didn't get ticketed.

Not complaining but rather making an observation on how some officers do not understand the fear that their presence creates and the climate that we are in as a nation when it comes to police/community relations.

And if you are wondering, I have been pulled over for a minor traffic issue and had an officer draw his weapon on me. This is a reality in America.

You're misunderstanding then. The fact that it happens at 300%+ rate for a specific group is not ok. This stuff gets innocent folks shot/killed by the police here, on the regular. So it's no joking matter to pull someone over and be like "GIFT!". It's terrifying.

Why not also accost people in dark alleyways late at night to give them bouquets of flowers?
