50 years. The man served nearly 50 years for a rape he did not commit. An abomination. Went in at 19 and is now a senior citizen. The prosecutors knowingly withheld evidence that would exonerate him. Please tell me he is getting paid LOTS of money for this injustice. Or is there some law they are using to max his payout for wrongful imprisonment? I know money doesn't make up for the wrong, but that would truly be terrible.

Those that hid the evidence should be jailed for the same amount of time he was, and no less. He basically had his life taken from him, they should receive the same in kind for knowingly doing this.
I think it says something that in a lot of these criminal justice cases that the prosecution is being found in great numbers to be harboring evidence that proves someone's innocence.
