That’s not at all what I’m saying. I’m saying that deep stats show that good Black QBs are benched or cut long before their white counterparts.

Shaun, I'm as big of a Kaep supporter as you are. But that doesn't mean every single time a black athletes loses minutes/at bats/starts it's because of their race. Like I said, I don't agree with Tyrod being benched at all. But to try & make this about race & cry racism is sad.

Doug, there's actual research that black Qbs are benched sooner and given fewer chances than white QBs. The idea that you have some total understanding of what actually is and isn't racially motivated is sad.

But, it makes a little bit of sense when you think about it from BUF's perspective. It has nothing to do with race in this case. It has to do with looking at your investment & setting up priorities for the offseason.
