Tyrod Taylor is under contract to play for the Buffalo Bills. he cannot play for the 49ers/Bucs/Jets/Jags. it's passed the trade deadline. so Kaepernick is the only player getting done wrong. And McKown has stayed healthy, playing well, and just beat the bills.

McKown has been surprisingly pretty good this year, and has a team that a lot of people thought wouldn’t win more than 4 games in striking distance of a playoff spot... He’s not setting the NFL on fire, but he has had a solid season.
