Counselor, there is no confusion. The confusion has been created by these trolls who are trying to change the conversation. I am not aware of any time in the history of the state where any individual has been denied the opportunity to vote in the general election if qualified.

For sharing circumstances with black people. That's a risk taken to stop black people from accessing the vote, who are disproportionately disenfranchised.

Oh no doubt. I feel though that the powerful spread and used racism as a tool to keep people divided so they are easier to exploit. Common white folks probably wouldn't have let poll taxes and such exist if they weren't justified by keeping black people out of politics.

The justification is white supremacy, i.e., blacks are subhuman. Poor white have shown they buy into it quite easily.
