Will not excuse this, but does he not have dementia? Overt sexual moves often part of the dreadful illness. Seen it myself sadly. (Not sure if he also did this while he was of sound mind and dementia free). Never an excuse for abuse unless dementia.(Not a Bush fan at all btw)

The latest complaint comes from a woman more than 10 years ago in 2006. This is a habit of his, not dementia.

Thanks for clearing that up. Only reason I mentioned it was because I have sadly dealt with dementia riddled elderly folk before. And they do this sort of thing often. Habit is different and must be punished.
