Masters-degree student, not even doc. Department has responsibility and authority to supervise.
Graduate teaching assistant, not professor... Still awful, but luckily he won't have tenure to hide behind.
one note: he's a grad student instructor, therefore not a professor (thus not hired by the school, just doing it as part of degree program)
