The Constitution protects you from government intrusion However, POTUS pressured teams to do this, so a 1st amdnmnt argument eixsts

if the league implements policy, and a player sues the league, the supreme court would decide if gov't pressured nfl. good luck proving it.

Yeah... it would be super hard to prove that POTUS pressured NFL owners- we'd only have multiple videos of him doing it. Tough case indeed
