Yes, it’s been like that for 16 days.
My friends @NationalNurses are on the ground all over Puerto Rico and are finding horrible conditions. No power. No food. No water.

I am from there. My sister in San Juan has water once every other+ days for a few hours. Others activating wells; using creeks.

Mom reports some water daily for a few hours w/very low pressure. No power. Eating canned food. Limited gas. 90%of wood structures gone.
