This shooter did not buy an automatic, he converted it to one. It's illegal to do that and maybe laws wouldn't have stopped this one 1/2

No one who isn't at war needs a semi-automatic. Times to require a license demonstrating proficiency w/ a firearm. Driving requires a lic.
