I refuse to believe all cops are like that, I know many personally and know that they aren't racist. But I do see what you're saying.

Not all cops are racist, but all humans have prejudices that run deep. Black ppl are portrayed as "super predators".

Had this been a black man, the oficer would've been "scared for his life" and it'd be yet another "justifiable" homicide.

On Thursday NY police shot n killed black man in his home; no injuries or immediate threat to any of the four officers who broke in.

Would u mind posting a link to the story? I tried google, but older cases and some from other states came up. No recent ones in NYC.

Yep. Talking to family members. Who heard him shot and listened to him praying he wouldn't die...

The lesser known tragedy is the woman who died of a heart attack running from the sound of gunfire in that store.

I think he's just frustrated, as a lot of us are. This man actually stabbed an officer and will have his day in court.

Black ppl get shot for reaching for wallets. There are also situations in which mentally ill blk ppl posed a threat. No restraint shown.

We're just asking to be treated with the same restraint that this man, who stabbed a cop, got. Not wishing death on any one.

That's not possible. We need law & order in our society. We just need justice to be just.

We've earned this one. Gotta stay and fight or else they win.
