Any officer who does not have their body cam on should get an automatic 3-month no pay suspension. 2nd offense...termination.

Simple solution would be requiring an officer's pay status be equal to his camera status when suspended for an investigation.

A automatic 30-day suspension every time they "forget" would probably help a lot of them remember to turn their body cams on.
