    Wow. September's rents are due in Texas for flooded out homes. People can't pay it. They shouldn't have to.

        bc HTx wasn't under mandatory evac, insurance policies don't cover displacement/hotel costs. That's what's irritating.

        Thats why they should have Fair Rental Value cvg on their policies. As an insurance producer we suggest 12 times rent for that cvg.

        Most landlords and banks are providing grace periods. I've had all of my bills pushed back 90 days.

        my God no there is a public insurance for flooding, all landlords have to have that insurance..THE TENANTS DONT HAVE TO PAY RENT!
