Trump's visit to Houston was one big photo op, devoid of connection to the people in need.

He didn't even come to Houston! But good, don't need him getting in the way of our local rescue efforts.

He claimed he wanted to stay out of the way. Most presidents/governors survey the devastation by helicopter for that reason. Trump, nope.
