Agree 100%. In Australia not only is it vote by mail but there is a fine levied for not voting. It's literally your ONE job in a democracy.

Mail in voting should also not require a stamp which is a poll tax, but should have free transport by the post service.

Love it here in Oregon. There are many drop off sites you can just pull in to. Stamps aren't even necessary!

In the UK it is too easy to commit electoral fraud by abusing postal votes. Voting by mail needs better proof of identity.

This is the only one I have quibbles with. In a voting booth you have privacy. Elsewhere an employer might insist on watchingg you vote.
