They never got the raise. It was struck down before it even went into effect.

Ok had to check. The bump to $11 was in 2018. So yeah the $10 should be in effect but i haven't seen anything about grandfathering them in.

if not, could drastically change lives for those who take a $2+ an hour drop in pay. $80 + a week drop will make a difference.
