I sell Medicare insurance. Recipients LOVE it, & there is still a role for private insurers to provide gap coverage policies.

I feel like this needs explained to people more. Medicare will just ensure the basic health necessities for everyone. Private still has role

I agree. I think many dnt understand how medicare works. Some think they'll be paying people's elected procedures etc. It only covers basics

Also, it's geared towards older people. Nothing in Medicare covers birth control, abortions, maternity. It would need significant tweaks.

Medicare covers maternity, anything deemed "medically necessary."
