I wanna take a second to share some essential facts about cops being killed in America this year. Conservatives are flat out lying about it.

Well, of course, conservatives flat out lie about EVERYTHING!

But why lie??? I don't understand how their heads work. Why lie like that???

First off, conservatives are saying the cop killings have spiked this year. This is a complete fabrication. Let me break it down.

1. The number of police who've been shot & killed in 2017 has dropped over 10% from today's date this year vs last year from 21 to 18.

3. In fact, the leading cause of death of American police is gunshot wounds - but they are self-inflicted suicides. No other cause is close.

4. Of the 145 police officers who died in duty last year: 56 were car accidents 10 were heart attacks 4 were 9/11 illnesses 2 drowned

5. In my article I quote conservative sources who are still trying to pin deaths of police on #BlackLivesMatter. It's a preposterous idea.

6. This year, white men continue, as they always do, to kill more police than anybody else. //End of thread.
