As a citizen in Oregon I find it laughable that voting is still done any other way. No lines, no time off work. Vote at home and mail it in.

Vermont, too! No party registration - I believe that keeps our candidates more balanced. Paper ballots. No ids. Same day voter registration.

We vote by mail in Washington, and I love it. I love getting to sit with my friends, talk about the candidates, and vote together.

The only issue is that they still make everyone buy their own stamp. But, there are ballot boxes set up at most libraries.
